Waiting upon soul's soft voice
-sanctuary's peace.

And it's the best place for the voice to come.

Edward, this is the typical Sunday morning scene portrayed in our churches across our lands.
In light of your picture of the burned out church, will that soul's soft voice appear?
I can sense inner voices of sadness, revenge, and dispair trying to override soul's soft voice in this sanctuary.

It feels right to me - a lovely place to think and hear that inner voice!

Mellifluous haiku! There seems to be a need to be in a garden to find that inner voice, suggesting that the soul is struggling to find some peace! Beautiful!
