All three of these are great! I nod my head! Those who bash often never come up for air... *sigh* And, that sounds like our youngest when he was a baby...
I've raised a couple babies (not mine by birth, but my roommates', so I was the "other mother") in decades past. I remember all too well what you so clearly get across in that third 'ku. :-)

Edward,
The need for rest in each of these comes through! Exhaustion can be a tyrant!
Not a nice boss...
No, not a nice boss, but sure sounds familiar. Moms and dads don't get much rest in the early years, do they? Good, up to the times poems.

These are fun and very true commentaries on life.
Stuck on the hamster wheel or work. Great poem!

All 3 make me want to take a little nap! Well done!
Interesting take on this prompt. This has been a good one for seeing a lot of different thoughts on the same single word. Well done!

Aw, Why so much stress?
Let's go and grab some rest!
Bad, bad boss! That's not the way to encourage better employee performance. :P
Your sense of humor shines through your poems. :)
The need for "rest" wears many face - these three are great!
I found instant anger when reading your first entry; I have know that boss (attitude) before! All three speak of life.
Great observations. A wonderful entree into the philosophy of rest.
I love them all but that first one really struck me hard!! So so true.
Large truth in a small space! Very nice!
I enjoyed your haiku. Great images of "no" rest!
I like all three Kus. I am mad at the boss and the ranter though. Maybe I will take a little rest. tee hee
