A gathering of poets

So Many Windows, So Much To See

One Single Impression: Through A Window

Out Fran' s small window,

I saw her rustic garden

-pathway to treasure

For Kitty Genovese (d.1964)

She ran down the street,

Windows closed as she screamed out

-they turned a deaf ear.

For years I've layed here,

just looking out the window

-my normality.

1.
Casement Window view
Garden courtyard in Spring
-sight through ancient lens.

2.
Old forgotten slum
Recognized as a treasure,
-rises like phoenix!
