NaPoWriMo Poem #25

Riverway Reverie
By Edward S. Gault

After Jessie evicted us, we found the place on the Riverway.
We took lengthy walks along the Fens, had our first child and raised her there.
I had had several photo shows, and things were fine-then came the crash.

Very powerfully written. You've managed to reveal so much in such a small space. Thanks for posting this.

A lifetime flashing by, and so much between the lines.

I look at all the words I've used in my American Sandwich, then I read yours and I am amazed at how much you say in your simplicity. Well done.
